1. Are your items held in stock? All our items displayed on our website are held in stock and can therefore be dispatched to you immediately.
2. Can we come and view your items? Our Items can also be viewed by appointment. To make an appointment contact us via email at viewing@shanaiya.com or on 01908 675284.
3. Do you produce a catalogue? We do not produce a catalogue as all our items can be viewed on our website and are updated regularly.
4. How do I know which size fits me? All Saree’s come in a free size, so 1 size fits all. All other items are per the size chart on the website. For children’s sizes, most are based on age/height.
5. Can I return a product if I am not happy with it? At Shanaiya.com we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality goods & service at the best possible prices delivered straight to your door. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you need to notify us via email on the reason for return. Then simply return the item in its original condition and packaging for a refund, within 7 days of receiving the item. (Please check our returns policy for full details on returns).
6. Do your sari blouses come as ready made? The blouse comes as unstitched unless stated otherwise. This is as the design and fitting of the blouse can only be determined by the wearer and is essential to the overall finish of the sari.
